I started Investor Edge in 2018 after seven years building my own buy-to-let portfolio across Greater Manchester. I'd been burned too many times by sourcers who oversold the numbers and underdelivered on the diligence — so I built the firm I wished existed when I was a private investor. Every deal we present today goes through the same 27-point due diligence review I'd apply to my own money. If the numbers don't stack up under conservative assumptions, you don't see it. That's the only way we know how to do this.
